The company is headquartered in Lawrenceville, GA., however, does work in GA, AL, MS, FL, LA, TN, NC & SC. The company started out providing database entry / management services and contract staffing from then until present day. This service provides a high-quality, seamless flow for multiple local areas covering several states. RTS also provides a “call center” for client services. This call center mainly provides client support but can be relegated to handle customer services as well. RTS added Facility Design Engineering (Outside Plant Engineering) to its list of services in 2008.
